Description

Microplate Enzyme-Immunoassay for the qualitative detection of IgG antibodies directed against Helicobacter pylori in human serum and plasma.

Serum and plasma.

Kit Components

Antigen coated microwells, Positive control, Negative control, Sample diluent, Wash buffer, Enzyme conjugate, Substrate, Stop solution, Strip holder, Strip sealer.

Assay Protocol:

1.    Dilute each sample and controls at 1:50 in sample diluant.

2.    Transfer 100 µl of diluted samples and controls to the appropriate wells, seal and incubate at room temperature for 20 minutes.

3.    Wash 3 times with the wash buffer.

4.    Add 2 drops of conjugate to all wells and incubate at room temperature for 20 minutes.

5.    Wash 3 times with the wash buffer.

6.    Add 2 drops of substrate to all wells and incubate at room temperature for 10 minutes.

7.    Add 2 drops of stop solution, shake for 30 seconds and read at 450 nm or visually.

Storage

The kit must be stored at 2-8°C.
