Kit Components Test cards, Positive control, Negative control, Enzyme conjugate, Wash buffer, Substrate, Transfer pipets.
Assay Protocol: 1. Add 2 drops of sample or controls to the 2 sample wells (lower wells) on separated cards, and incubate 2 minutes at room temperature until complete absorption. 2. Add 3 drops of enzyme conjugate to the 2 sample wells (lower wells) on each card, and incubate 2 minutes at room temperature until complete absorption. 3. Add 3 drops of wash buffer to the 2 reaction wells (upper wells) on each card. 4. Wait for the complete absortion, and add 2 drops of substrate to the 2 reaction wells (upper wells) on each card. 5. Incubate at room temperature for 5 minutes, and read the result in the reaction wells (upper wells).
Interpretation of results Positive result : blue color in the 2 reaction wells (Control + Test). Negative results : blue color in the Control reaction well only.
Storage The kit must be stored at 2-8°C.
