SpecimensSerum, plasma, or whole blood.
Kit Components Test cards, Positive control, Negative control,Sample diluant for whole blood, Enzyme conjugate, Wash buffer, Substrate, Transfer pipets.
Assay Protocol: 1. Dilute the whole blood samples in sample diluant. The serum and plasma samples are not diluted. 2. Add 2 drops of sample or controls to the 2 sample wells (lower wells) on separated cards. 3. Wait 1 minute, and add 2 drops of enzyme conjugate to the 2 reaction wells (upper wells) on each card. 4. Wait for the complete absorption, and add 2 drops of wash buffer to the 2 reaction wells (upper wells) on each card. 5. Wait for the complete absorption, and add 2 drops of substrate to the 2 reaction wells (upper wells) on each card. 6. Wait 5 minutes, and read the result in the reaction wells (upper wells).
Interpretation of results Positive result : blue color in the 2 reaction wells (Control + Test). Negative results : blue color in the Control reaction well only.
Storage The kit must be stored at 2-8°C.
