Kit Components
Test strip, Conjugate tube, Sample Diluent
(Negative Control), plastic
pipettes.

PROCEDURE
(please refer to the Package Insert for complete procedure)
Sample processing
A. Nasal wash, nasopharyngeal aspirate samples or
swab specimens in transport media:
1. Mix the sample with the vortex or using a
pipette
2. Add 3 drops (100 µL) of Sample Diluent to the Conjugate Tube
3. Add 100 µL of the patient Sample to the Conjugate Tube and mix
B. Nasal, throat and nasopharyngeal swab sample:
1. Add 5-8 drops (300-500 µL) of Sample Diluent to the Conjugate Tube
2. Dip the swab into the Conjugate Tube and rotate 3 times. Squeeze the
swab to release as much liquid as possible. Mix the sample.
Test Protocol
1. Insert the Test Strip in the Conjugate Tube. Incubate at RT for 15
minutes
2. Read results within one minute
Storage
The
kit must be stored at 2-25°C.
