Description Rapid latex assay for the qualitative or semi-quantitative detection of infectious mononucleosis heterophile antibodies in human serum or plasma.

Kit Components Test cards, Latex reagent, Positive control, Negative control, Pipetstirs.
Assay Protocol: 1. Place 1 drop (50µL) of specimen or control into one circle on a disposable test card. Saline dilutions of sample can be made for title determination. 2. Add 1 drop of detection latex next to the drop of the sample. 3. Mix both drops with a stirrer. 4. Rock the test card for 3min at room temperature. 5. Observe the test card for agglutination.
Storage The kit must be stored at 2-8°C.
