Description

Indirect immunofluorescence assay designed for qualitative and/or semi-quantitative detection of IgM antibodies to varicella-zoster virus (VZV) in human serum.

 MeriFluor VZV IgM

Features

-          Highly sensitive and specific method

-          Rapid procedure: 2 x 20min.

-          Similar procedure to all Merifluor IFA kits.

Specimens

Fresh, refrigerated or frozen human serum.

Kit Components

-          10-well VZV Antigen substrate slides.

-          Lyophilised Fluorescein-labeled  anti-human IgM conjugate.

-          Lyophilised human PC and NC sera.

-          Phosphate-buffered Saline (PBS powder).
