Anti-human IgG antibodies removal reagent.

Specimens

Fresh, refrigerated or frozen human serum.

Kit Components

1 dropper vial.

Assay Protocol:

1.       Dispense 1 drop (45µL) of reagent in a clean, dry tube.

2.       Add 5µL of patient sample for a 1:10 dilution. Mix well.

3.       Use the appropriate volume of the mixture according to the instructions for the IgM assay.

Storage

The reagent must be stored at 2-8°C.
